Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to select locations in California, Oregon, and Michigan only. However, due to varying state and local regulations, we cannot ship to all ZIP codes within these states.

We DO NOT ship to:

• States where online vape sales are prohibited
– PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
– Locations where local ordinances prohibit vape product delivery
– Areas not serviced by our authorized carriers

During checkout, your shipping address will be verified against our approved delivery zones. If your address cannot be serviced, you will be notified before payment is processed.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

Because of the PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act), Los Angeles Vapes does not use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for vape product deliveries.

Instead, we ship exclusively through specialized, licensed private carriers authorized to deliver tobacco and nicotine products with adult signature confirmation.

Shipping Costs & Fees

Our shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and order value:

Same-Day Delivery (LA County): $9.99
Regional Delivery: $14.99
FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $200 (30% discount applied automatically)

Adult Signature Fee: $5.99 (required by law, non-negotiable)

Processing & Delivery Times

Handling Time: 1-2 business days

This is the time it takes us to verify your age, process payment, pick and pack your order, and prepare it for shipment.

Transit Time: 3-7 business days (after handling)

This is the time your order spends with our carrier for delivery to your address.

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will be delivered the same day within Los Angeles County.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Adult Signature Requirement (21+ Mandatory)

Federal and California law requires adult signature confirmation for all tobacco and vaping product deliveries.

When your order arrives:

• An adult 21 years or older MUST be present to sign
– Valid, government-issued photo ID MUST be presented
– The recipient’s name and date of birth will be verified
– If no adult is available, delivery will be rescheduled (additional fees may apply)

California-Specific Compliance (2026)

California law (SB 793) prohibits the sale and delivery of flavored tobacco products, including flavored e-cigarettes and menthol products.

California Restrictions:

• Only unflavored tobacco products on California’s official Unflavored Tobacco List (UTL) can be shipped
– No fruit, mint, menthol, candy, or dessert-flavored vapes
– All products comply with California’s flavor ban regulations
– Excise taxes are included in product pricing

Package Labeling & Contents

All shipments comply with federal and California labeling requirements:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Consequently, you can track your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If your order cannot be delivered due to:

• No adult present for signature
– Invalid or expired ID
– Refused delivery
– Incorrect address

Then, the package will be returned to Los Angeles Vapes. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping

At this time, Los Angeles Vapes does not offer international shipping. We ship only to select locations within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
2. Provide photos of damaged packaging/products
3. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund

However, Los Angeles Vapes is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
