Mandatory Age Verification
All orders require third-party age verification before checkout completion. We use industry-leading verification services to confirm you are 21 years or older.

Adult Signature Required by Law
Federal law requires an Adult Signature (21+) with government-issued photo ID upon delivery. There are no exceptions.
When your order arrives:
• An adult 21 years or older MUST be present to sign
– Valid, government-issued photo ID MUST be presented and verified
– The recipient’s name, date of birth, and photo will be checked
– Signature and ID verification are electronically recorded
– If no qualifying adult is available, delivery will be rescheduled (fees may apply)
Acceptable Forms of ID:
• California Driver’s License or State ID
– U.S. Passport or Passport Card
– U.S. Armed Forces ID
– Valid out-of-state driver’s license
– Other government-issued photo ID with date of birth
STAKE Act Verification Call
To comply with California’s STAKE Act, we will place a confirmation call to your provided phone number after 5:00 PM PST before your first order ships.
Verification Call Requirements:
• Automated or manual call placed after 5:00 PM PST
– Required for first-time customers
– Confirms order details and delivery address
– Must be completed before shipment is authorized
– Valid phone number required at checkout
Please ensure you provide a working phone number during checkout. Orders cannot ship without successful verification contact.
California Flavor Restrictions (SB 793)
In accordance with California Senate Bill 793, we cannot ship flavored e-liquids or menthol products to California addresses.
California Shipping Restrictions:
• No fruit-flavored vape products
– No mint or menthol products
– No candy or dessert-flavored e-liquids
– No products with characterizing flavors other than tobacco
Permitted for California Delivery:
• Tobacco-flavored products only
– Non-flavored (unflavored) products
– Products on California’s Unflavored Tobacco List (UTL)

Address Matching Requirement
California’s STAKE Act requires that the billing address on your credit card must match the address used for age verification and delivery.
Address Verification:
• Billing address must match shipping address
– Address must match government-issued ID on file
– Orders with mismatched addresses will be cancelled
– Address changes require re-verification
Delivery Restrictions
Due to federal PACT Act regulations and California law, we have strict delivery restrictions:
We CANNOT ship to:
• P.O. Boxes (all carriers prohibited by law)
– APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
– Addresses outside our approved service areas
– Locations where local ordinances prohibit delivery
– Any address that fails age or identity verification
Approved Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to verified residential and commercial addresses in select areas of California, Oregon, and Michigan only.

Shipping Carriers & Methods
Because of the PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act), Los Angeles Vapes does not use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for vape product deliveries.
Instead, we ship exclusively through specialized, licensed private carriers authorized to deliver tobacco and nicotine products with adult signature confirmation.

– Regional Delivery (3-7 business days)

FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $200 (30% discount applied automatically)
Adult Signature Fee: $5.99 (required by law, non-negotiable)

Processing & Transit Times
Handling Time: 1-2 business days (after verification completion)
This includes age verification, STAKE Act phone confirmation, payment processing, order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
Transit Time: 3-7 business days (after handling)
This is the time your order spends with our carrier for delivery to your verified address.
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST Monday-Friday (after verification) will be delivered the same day within Los Angeles County.

Credit Card Statement Transparency
As required by California state law, your credit card or bank statement will clearly reflect the purchase of “Tobacco Products” from Los Angeles Vapes.
This is a legal requirement and cannot be modified. All tobacco and nicotine product purchases must be identifiable on financial statements.

All shipments comply with federal and California labeling requirements:

– Required federal warning statements displayed
– Contents declaration as required by PACT Act
– No misleading or prohibited marketing on exterior packaging

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
• Email confirmation with tracking number
– SMS updates (if opted in)
– Real-time tracking through our carrier portal
– Delivery confirmation upon signature
Track your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If your order cannot be delivered due to:
• No adult present for signature
– Invalid or expired ID
– Failed age verification at delivery
– Refused delivery
– Incorrect or unverifiable address
Then the package will be returned to Los Angeles Vapes. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges and verification fees are non-refundable.

Los Angeles Vapes is fully registered and compliant with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act:
• Registered with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
– Registered with tax authorities in California, Oregon, and Michigan
– Monthly shipping reports filed with state tax administrators by the 10th of each month
– Detailed shipment records maintained for 5+ years
– Adult signature confirmation electronically recorded and stored
– All applicable excise taxes collected and remitted

International Shipping
At this time, Los Angeles Vapes does not offer international shipping. We ship only to verified addresses within select areas of the United States.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
2. Provide photos of damaged packaging/products
3. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund
However, Los Angeles Vapes is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.
